Meet LOG4L Commerce
A clear path from checkout to fulfillment.
The merchant problem
An online sale can leave a team juggling payment checks, order entry, warehouse messages, and shipment updates. LOG4L Commerce brings those handoffs into a deliberate, visible workflow.
Who it is built around
Our initial focus is home, gift, stationery, lifestyle, and branded-merchandise businesses shipping physical goods. Pilot fit depends on the exact catalog, payment requirements, and fulfillment provider.
The experience
A clear shopping cart leads to a payment decision. Recorded approval creates a paid order and fulfillment handoff. A decline creates no paid order. An uncertain result stays in review before any new charge or shipment.
Why it matters
Give staff one order story to follow. Make exceptions visible. Retain queued fulfillment when a provider is unavailable. Bring acceptance and sample tracking back into the merchant workflow.
What you can try today
The browser demo includes baskets, three payment outcomes, review of an uncertain payment, a warehouse pause/resume scenario, order search, and an illustrative software-revenue calculator. It uses fictional data and resets on reload.
Commercial starting point
Example software pricing is $149/month plus $0.25 per billable order; at 500 billable orders, that is $274/month before setup and other costs. This is an illustration, not a quote. Scope integration, support, processing, fulfillment, and postage separately.
The path to live use
Payment and fulfillment components are implemented for validation. Live use requires sandbox/provider acceptance, merchant authentication and data isolation, support processes, and applicable approvals. NMI partnership discussions are exploratory; no endorsement, production approval, or PCI certification is claimed.
